Running hasn’t always been my jam, I’d even go as far to say as I used to hate it. It was a love / hate relationship that really blossomed over the last 12 months as I started to see the benefits of running for not only my physical health but my mental health too. I have long wanted to do something to raise awareness for the wonderful work the MS Society do and this seemed like the perfect thing. I am also hoping to get as many people out there running as possible so they to can see the benefits running or even just moving has. Being able to be active isn’t a right, it’s a privilege. So this December let’s come together to fight MS one step at a time!I am Fundraising for MS!
This December I'm raising money to support people living with multiple sclerosis by running 21kms a day for one week! I’m inspired by the work the MS Society SA/NT do for people living with MS, and I want to help them make a difference for those who are diagnosed with MS.
