I am Fundraising for MS!
Andrew Roesler and I are running ultra marathons!
I am running my longest run to date, the 50km ultra marathon as part of the Heysen 105 running festival on the 21st of October and Andrew is running the 160km Alpine Challenge on the 25th of November, arguably the hardest ultra in the southern hemisphere! We are raising money to support people living with multiple sclerosis! As a physiotherapist and Andrew as a musculoskeletal therapist, we are inspired by the work the MS Society SA/NT do for people living with MS, and would like to help them make a difference! Please sponsor us today by giving whatever you can. Every little bit will help us reach our fundraising goal!
This is a very special cause to me. I am fortunate to work amongst clients with MS and I am forever in awe of their strength- mentally, physically and emotionally. These clients experience symptoms from MS daily without ever complaining.
The strength and resilience in these people is something that inspires Andrew and I in our everyday life, and what better way to test our strength and resilience to support and represent such a fantastic cause.
We are running to test ourselves physically and emotionally with gratitude, because others can't.
