I am Fundraising for MS!
Our mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in early 2013. Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic illness with no cure that involves the body's immune system attacking the central nervous system. After her diagnosis she made many changes to her lifestyle in the hope that it would stop her MS from progressing. The majority of these were extremely difficult for her, as she completely changed her diet and would often cook two meals a night, one for her and one for us.
After years of her sacrificing her time and energy in order to help Jaydn and myself in any way possible, despite her interior struggles, we decided that we should do something to help raise awareness about MS. Hence this run. In order to raise money for MS awareness and research, during 2020, between Jaydn and myseld we will be running 5 marathons over the course of 5 consecutive days, every single one of them worth it in order to make more people aware of the disease and how it affects its sufferers.
We hope that you are able to donate to our cause in order to help MS research and help put a stop to this disease.
