Leah Runs A Marathon

Receiving a diagnosis like this turns your world upside down - the uncertainty of what is going to happen to you - questioning why you were dealt this hand. This diagnosis has also been a blessing. 

It has made me realise to never take my health for granted, or the ability to use my legs and my body.

So, I’ve decided to run a marathon in the hope of raising money and awareness for MS, and to prove to myself, and others, that this diagnosis isn’t the end of the world, and that we can live a fulfilling life despite the yuck days, the brain fog, the soreness, the exhaustion! 

I won’t let my MS diagnosis define me.
